LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

The Luxury of Leather guarantees that your furniture is made with 100% top-grain leather. We warrant your leather for 5 years against splitting and natural scars from opening. Leather is a natural product and requires proper care to ensure long life and beauty. Using products made specifically for its care, regular cleaning and conditioning will preserve its appearance and texture.

Each piece of leather is distinctive. Natural markings such as healed scars, neck and leg wrinkles and healed insect bites are natural hallmarks of leather.

Each hide will be unique and distinctive, therefore we do not guarantee that any leathers used on our showroom floor samples, leather swatches, furniture previously purchased or repaired will match in color, grain or texture.

STITCHING
The Luxury of Leather warrants your stitching for 5 years against tearing or separating from the leather under normal usage.

SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Your suspension system is warranted for life against tearing or separating from the frame under normal usage.

FOAM
The foam is also warranted for 5 years against tearing or collapsing due to defects in material or workmanship. The softening of cushions resulting from normal use (may compress one inch in the first year) should not be construed as a defect in construction or materials.

METAL MECHANISMS
Metal mechanisms are warranted for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.

FRAME
The Luxury of Leather warrants your frame for life against defects in material and workmanship.

WARRANTY CLAIM
Proof of purchase must be provided by the original purchaser when making a claim under the warranty. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover furniture used for commercial or rental purposes or use beyond the furniture's original designed intent. Does not include coverage for wrinkling placement of natural marks, stretching, variations in color, grain, texture or improper cleaning and care of leather or claims due to burns, cuts, pet damage, spills, mold or mildew, dyes or corrosive chemicals, inks markers, paint, oils or body fluids.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT IN LEATHER

For the best results, clean your furniture with a light, soft cloth  and avoid rubbing the leather. Never use abrasive scrubbers, household cleaning products, saddle soap, car or garment cleaners.

If a spill should occur, wipe or blot your furniture immediately.  Avoid exposing your furniture to the sun or extreme heat, as this may cause the leather to fade, dry out, crack, peel or shrink.

5 YEAR IN-HOME AFTER CARE WARRANTY

WARRANTY
The Luxury of leather warrants to the original purchaser only, that the new furniture has been properly pre-treated at the factory and the following warranties and services apply for 5 years from the delivery date.

SPILLS AND STAINS
Coverage includes any food or drink spills, ball-point ink and lipstick

CUTS, TEARS, AND BURNS
Coverage includes accidental cuts, tears, and burns caused by humans only. Damage caused by animals is not covered under this warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIM
Proof of purchase must be provided by the original purchaser. Contact our customer service department by calling 972-763-1562 (ext) 302.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES
We warrant to the original purchaser if any accidental spills, stains, cuts, tears or burn occur within 5 years of the original delivery date, the Luxury of Leather, at its option, will either repair or replace the damaged area. Since leather is a natural product, there is no guarantee that the replacement leather will match in color, grain, or texture.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Normal soiling, or furniture used for commercial or rental purposes. Furniture in storage, stains caused by corrosive liquids, paints, markers, bleach, household cleaners, or any leather cleaners and conditioners other than those approved by the Luxury of Leather.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by fire, flood, wind, sunlight or any other natural disasters.

Any leather that has not been properly maintained or has been subject to misuse, abuse, vandalism or alteration nor furniture that has been used beyond its original designed intent.

IN-STORE CREDIT
After the 5 year in-home after care warranty period ends, if no claim has been made, then The Luxury Of Leather will apply an in-store credit, to be used for any future purchases, equal to the amount paid for the warranty. This in-store credit is valid for one year after the original warranty expires.

COMFORT CHANGE OPTION
You may have the cushion comfort level adjusted one time at no charge, so long as changes are made within 60 days of original delivery.  Just bring your cushions to the showroom or manufacturing.

If you desire for The Luxury of Leather to change your cushion comfort level in your home, an in-home Trip Charge will be applied.  If request for adjustment is made after 60 days of delivery, a cushion charge will apply.
